The founder of DEGAP, Adrian Dudle, is a qualified attorney and notary public with over 15 years of professional experience as a legal consultant and manager in companies worldwide.

Adrian Dudle studied law at the University of Fribourg/Switzerland, and was admitted to the bar and qualified as a notary public in the Swiss Canton of Solothurn. He also obtained a Masters degree in Business Law (MBL) from the University of St Gall (HSG).

After working in the legal departments of KPMG and SAirGroup (responsible, inter alia, for the subsidiary companies Gate Gourmet, Swissôtel, Nuance International and Restorama) and as Business Affairs Manager for Universal Music, Adrian Dudle acted as Group General Counsel and General Secretary of the Mövenpick Group for seven years. In this capacity, he was also a member of the executive committee of Mövenpick-Holding and, since early 2007, acted as deputy CEO.

Because of his lengthy experience, Adrian Dudle has in-depth knowledge of business management and legal consulting. As project manager on important projects, he has in the past regularly demonstrated his expertise.
